Shaun has spent his entire practice of law representing plaintiffs with the intention of ensuring the equal treatment of all people when they have been injured or wronged by another. The legal concept of making an injured person whole through just compensation drives Shaun to seek the best results for every client.
He recognizes that each case affects one client personally, but they also improve the safety of the public as a whole, through encouraging others to follow the laws enacted to protect us on the roads and elsewhere.Shaun grew up in Kosciusko, Mississippi and received a BS at Mississippi State University. He attended University of Mississippi School of Law where he earned his JD and became licensed to practice law in Mississippi in 2003. Wanting to move closer to his sisters, Shaun became licensed in Georgia in 2009 and has practiced here since that time.
Shaun has litigated and tried many cases in the Atlanta metropolitan area. It is very important to Shaun that his clients receive fair resolutions or have their day in court. Striving to ensure his clients are on equal footing with the corporations or insurance companies they may face, Shaun works to place his clients in the best position to see that they are fully compensated.
Shaun lives in Atlanta with his wife Wendy and their son Thomas. Shaun spends his free time with his family, and you are likely to see him at the Atlanta Zoo or Georgia Aquarium. Shaun enjoys following politics, cooking, traveling, and watching the Atlanta Braves and Mississippi State Bulldogs.
