“My name is Lucy, and I am a big goofy ball of love! I love people and thrive on attention. In fact, I am prone to separation anxiety, and so I would do best in a home where someone could be with me most of the time. I can be stubborn and headstrong at times, but I respect those who let me know their expectations. I get along with other dogs whom I’ve been given the opportunity to get to know; if you have another dog in your household, the HSCC will be happy to arrange a “meet and greet” along with a few supervised “play dates” to help your dog and me become comfortable with one another. I will require a secure fenced yard, and a home without cats or small children. I also have treatable seasonal skin allergies.
