A Pennsylvania native, Nicole Ronco earned her Pre Law/Paralegal Studies Certification before going on to study biology with a psychoneuroimmunology focus at Penn State. She brings an extensive background in defense litigation and coverage law to The Champion Firm, as well as over 10 years of experience in non-profit organizations. In that time, Nicole served as the executive director of a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization focused on quality of life and long-term survivorship programs for children with cancer and their families outside of Philadelphia. She also served as the Alumni Relations Director for Penn State Lehigh Valley, and she currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Lily Fund, a nonprofit supporting children with brain tumors.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys volunteering in hospice, spending time with family and friends, Penn State football, trips to the beach, and a glass of wine with a good book.
