Carol is responsible for the supervision of the firm’s overall operations, finances, and personnel. Carol brings extensive experience as an organizational business leader, focusing on process improvement, staffing, and the company’s overall financial health including forecasting, budgeting, and compliance. Using diverse integrative and collaborative approaches, she is solutions-based and results-driven.
Carol has a soft spot for helping people and has a passion for mentoring individuals for their individual success. Carol studied psychology because of her fascination with the brain and human behavior. “We can learn a lot about another person through observation.” She believes a critical factor to every relationship is communication, the art of listening, and empathy which Carol believes is pinnacle to how we interact with our clients at The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C.! For every client’s misfortune, she believes there is a favorable outcome.
After growing up on a farm in a small town in Michigan, Carol moved to Georgia in 1988. She worked full-time and raised two daughters while earning her MBA and MCSM at Kennesaw State University. In her free time, Carol enjoys working out, hiking, sports, and spending time with her family. Similar to The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C., helping individuals who have suffered injuries due to an accident, Carol volunteers as a child advocate. She believes that every child needs a voice, someone to represent their best interest.
