Meghan grew up in Milledgeville, Georgia, and stayed close to home for both college and law school. From a young age, she knew she wanted to help others—often finding herself speaking up when something felt unfair, whether in the classroom or everyday life.
With a natural talent for advocacy, writing, and problem-solving, Meghan discovered that a career in law would allow her to turn those instincts into real action. “I realized that the law could be a tool to not just speak up, but to actually make a difference for people who've been wronged,” she says.
While in law school at Mercer University, Meghan found her passion for courtroom advocacy through Mercer's mock trial and moot court programs. She also appreciated the diverse perspectives of her classmates, which taught her to approach legal issues with empathy and an open mind.

After beginning her legal career in civil defense, Meghan gained firsthand insight into how insurance companies and large corporations handle claims—and how often everyday people get left behind. That experience only strengthened her desire to work on the other side of the table:
“While an adjuster may have dozens of cases to move through in a day, for someone else, this may be their only experience with the legal system,” she says. “I wanted to be the person who could help them through it.”
Now, as a personal injury attorney, Meghan is motivated by the opportunity to use her voice and skills to truly impact people’s lives.
Meghan lives in Atlanta and loves everything the city has to offer—from its vibrant food scene and live music to catching a Braves game whenever she can.
She’s a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and enjoys spending time on the Beltline, trying new restaurants, and hanging out at Piedmont Park with her cavapoo, Stella. When she gets the chance, she loves escaping to St. Simons Island for weekend trips with her fiancé.
