Born in DeKalb County and raised in Lilburn, Georgia, attorney Frank Gaddy has deep roots in the Atlanta area. He first considered a legal career while in college, where he discovered that his true passion was helping people. Encouraged by family and professors, he realized that becoming a lawyer would allow him to use his natural skills to protect others and serve his community.
Frank earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law. During law school, he was an active member of the Mercer Mock Trial Team, served as a Student Ambassador, and contributed to the Student Bar Association Student Leaders Committee. He credits his time in law school with opening his eyes to the essential role the rule of law plays in providing a civil forum for justice.

Before joining The Champion Firm, Frank represented both individuals and corporations, gaining firsthand insight into how cases are handled from both sides of the “v.” This experience gave him a clear understanding of how insurance companies and corporations approach legal disputes and solidified his decision to focus exclusively on representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
“Personal injury clients are some of the most in need clients in the legal arena,” Frank says. “Often, they face insurmountable odds and life-changing trauma through no fault of their own. They need someone in their corner willing to fight for them. That fight is what drew me to personal injury and inspires me every day.”
Frank is deeply involved in the legal community. He has served on the Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors for the State Bar of Georgia and as President of the William A. Bootle American Inn of Court. Currently, he serves on the State Bar’s Judicial Qualifications Committee, Nominations Committee, and Statewide Judicial Evaluation Committee, helping ensure that Georgia’s citizens have the best possible judges in their local courts.
When he’s not practicing law, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and son, staying active outdoors, and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing, and weightlifting. He’s also a proud dog owner of three: two Shiba Inus and a Hound/Lab mix.
Frank says Atlanta will always be home for him, and he’s proud to fight for justice for the people of the community that shaped him:
“This city played a large part in developing my fighting spirit and competitive attitude. I love this city and it is a privilege to serve the community by practicing in Atlanta.”
