Clients Should Know Who Their Lawyer Is

“I don’t know who my lawyer is.”

We hear that several times a month.

Someone calls our office, unhappy with their current law firm, and during the conversation it becomes clear they don’t even know which lawyer is actually responsible for their case.

Not the name.
Not who’s making decisions.
Not who’s accountable.

Think about how strange that is.

Imagine receiving medical treatment and not knowing who your doctor is.

You go to appointments. You talk to nurses or staff. But you never meet the doctor responsible for your care, or your interaction is so minimal you don’t remember them.

No one would accept that. But in parts of the personal injury world, it has become surprisingly common.

When someone hires a lawyer, they deserve to know exactly who is representing them. They deserve a lawyer who knows their story, understands their case, and is accountable for the work being done.

Clients shouldn’t feel like their case disappeared into a system. They deserve a lawyer. Wouldn't you agree? Join the conversation with me on LinkedIn.
