Vinings personal injury attorney Darl Champion recently volunteered at Teasley Elementary School’s Career Day to speak to a class of 5th graders about what it is like to be a personal injury lawyer. Teasley, a local elementary school in Vinings, held its Career Day on October 23rd and featured presenters from a variety of different professional backgrounds speaking to classes about their chosen careers. Darl volunteered as a member of the Smyrna Rotary Club, which sent several of the club’s members to speak to the students. Darl discussed the educational requirements for being a lawyer, and what a day in the life of a personal injury lawyer is like. When asked by a student what he enjoyed most about his job, Darl responded, “Being able to help people on a daily basis.”
