In this case, our client was stopped in a left-turn lane on Boulevard SE in Atlanta, preparing to turn onto I-20 Eastbound. While she was waiting to make her turn, a drunk driver crashed into the rear of her vehicle.

The driver was cited for DUI – Alcohol/Less Safe, Reckless Driving, and Driving in the Improper Lane. The driver refused to submit to chemical testing of his blood alcohol content.
