Ernie holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Communication, which plays a key role in his ability to communicate effectively in complex legal environments. As a fully bilingual professional, Ernie is able to bridge communication gaps and ensure that clients feel understood every step of the way. He has also completed specialized coursework in law firm case management, giving him a strong understanding of legal workflows and the precision required when handling detailed, high-stakes information.
As a Balance & Reductions Specialist, Ernie enjoys the investigative side of his work. He takes pride in carefully reviewing financial records, verifying balances, and identifying discrepancies that could impact the outcome of a case. For him, there is real satisfaction in ensuring that every detail is accurate and organized, knowing that this behind-the-scenes work plays a critical role in achieving the best possible result for clients.
With more than three years of experience as a legal assistant working in U.S. workers’ compensation and personal injury, Ernie has seen firsthand how meaningful this work can be. He is especially motivated by the opportunity to help individuals rebuild after life-altering events. One of the most impactful lessons he has learned is that consistent communication and organization can significantly reduce a client’s stress, even when they are facing overwhelming medical bills and uncertainty.
