In June 2020, The Champion Firm was hired to represent a woman who suffered medical injuries after being the victim of a hit-and-run car accident.
Our client was traveling on Lumpkin Road in Augusta, Georgia when she was violently struck by an unknown John Doe driver. The at-fault driver attempted to make a left turn but crashed into the front passenger side of our client’s car instead. But that wasn’t all of the damage. After the accident, our client sought medical treatment, and an MRI revealed subacute mild compression fractures at L3, L4, and L5 which required multiple surgeries to correct. Her medical bills cost her $84,490.
