$129,700 Recovered After Left-Turn Crash Caused Painful Hip Injury

In this case, our clients were traveling south on Martha Berry Boulevard at the intersection with Redmond Road in Floyd County when another driver attempted to make a left turn and failed to yield, violently colliding with the front of their vehicle. The responding officer with the Rome Police Department determined the other driver was at fault.

Both clients were impacted by the crash. One sought emergency treatment immediately. The other began experiencing hip pain that radiated down her leg. At first, she tried to manage the pain on her own with over-the-counter medication, but her symptoms persisted.

As the pain continued in the weeks following the collision, she sought treatment at Georgia Spine and Orthopedics, where she was diagnosed with right hip pain and sacroiliac joint dysfunction.

What started as manageable discomfort turned into an ongoing condition requiring medical care and evaluation.

Attorney Rebecca Clements represented our clients and secured a $129,700 recovery on their behalf.
