Carol Redman

Carol Redman serves as an Operations Director at The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C.; a personal injury law firm in Marietta that also has offices in Atlanta and Cherokee County.

Carol is responsible for the supervision of the firm’s overall operations and personnel. She has 30 years of legal and business management experience within small and mid-size law firms.

In addition to managing a law firm, she has supervised and managed different functional areas within law firms. Carol has extensive experience as an organizational business leader with a focus on process improvement. Using integrative and collaborative approaches, she is solutions-based and results-driven. For every client’s misfortune, she believes there is a favorable outcome.

Carol has a soft spot for helping people and has a passion for mentoring individuals for success. Carol studied psychology because of her fascination with human behavior. “We can learn a lot about another person through observation.” Additionally, she believes a critical component to every relationship is communication and the art of listening, which Carol believes is important to how we interact with our clients at The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C.!

After growing up on a farm in a small town in Michigan, Carol moved to Georgia in 1988. She worked full-time and raised two daughters while earning her MBA/MCSM at Kennesaw State University. In her free time, Carol enjoys working out, hiking, and spending time with her family. In addition, and similar to The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C. helping individuals who have suffered injuries due to an accident, Carol volunteers as a child advocate. She believes that every child needs a voice, someone to represent their best interest.
