Priscilla was born and raised in Costa Rica and has loved visiting the U.S. many times. As an intake specialist for The Champion Firm, she loves knowing that her communication with potential clients may be the first step to them getting the help they need to overcome a difficult situation in their lives.
After high school, Priscilla wasn’t sure what career she wanted to pursue but knew she wanted to do something that would help others. She initially tried working in a clinic but quickly decided that was not for her. She then found her calling working in hospitality and customer service, which allows her to provide help and comfort to people in a different kind of way.
She says her experience working in the personal injury industry has been absolutely incredible because there is always something new to learn, and she takes pride in knowing that our team may be able to help alleviate some of the stress in our clients’ lives.
In her free time, Priscilla participates in local relief efforts at her local clinic in Costa Rica, where a food drive each month is collected to support those struggling financially. She also enjoys spending time with her self-described “beautiful and mean cat,” Jasper.
