Be Wary of Big Advertising Firms’ Use of AI

Be Wary of Big Advertising Firms’ Use of AI

We just signed up a case that a new-to-Atlanta advertising firm had signed up first… and then dropped.

Why did they drop it? No idea. It’s a strong case. Maybe it wasn’t in their practice area.

But here’s what I do know:

I don’t think a lawyer ever spoke to the client. I’m not even sure a lawyer ever looked at the case.

Hell, I’m not even convinced a real human was very much involved.

When we emailed to get the file, we didn’t get a return call from a paralegal, an intake specialist, or a lawyer. An AI agent called us back.

Let that sink in.

A firm that spends millions a month telling the public how much they care couldn’t even bother to have a human look at a real person’s real injuries before tossing the case aside.

Don’t fall for the snake oil salespeople trying to get you to 10x your practice to be just like those firms.

Those firms are brand labeling wrapped around generic systems, programs, and AI agents. You’ll never compete with them on advertising budget. But you can compete with them on personal attention.
