In this case, our client was driving in Calhoun County, Alabama, after exiting I-20 and attempting to cross AL-21 to continue her route. At the same time, another driver approached the intersection and failed to stop for a red light, striking the driver's side of our client’s vehicle.

She sought treatment for a fractured tooth caused by the crash, which required dental restoration. Additional follow-up care addressed ongoing pain and discomfort in her left foot and ankle, particularly when bearing weight.
The injuries affected multiple areas of our client’s body and required ongoing medical treatment following the collision.
