Our client in this case was riding his motorcycle and traveling south on Westbrook Road in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Another driver, attempting to make a left turn from the opposite direction, failed to yield and violently crashed into our client’s motorcycle, ejecting our client from his vehicle.
Our client immediately went to Northside Hospital Gwinnett, presenting with severe, sharp pain in his right shoulder, as well as abrasions to his right forearm and knee. He was diagnosed with having injuries to the muscles and tendons of his right shoulder rotator cuff, an injury to his right shoulder joint, and disc herniations throughout his spine.
